ViperTrack is the cost-effective option when you need heavy-duty performance underfoot. Think of it as the little brother to our SAMSON mats. It carries a load rating of up to 125 tonnes depending on ground conditions, so it holds up under trucks and other heavy plant where lighter mats would give way.
Each mat measures approximately 4092mm x 2035mm and weighs 280kg, with a 40mm solid core. Twist lock joiners and an overlapping flange lock the panels into one continuous run, giving you 7.14m² of usable surface per mat. The dual tread pattern is different on each side, so you can flip the mat to suit the grip you need.
ViperTrack is made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) in a 100% solid, compression-moulded panel. The solid core can’t be punctured, so the mat won’t take on liquids, which matters on eco-sensitive sites where cross-contamination and invasive species are a real concern. It resists moisture and chemicals, and the solid compression-moulded panel stands up to being used, lifted and relaid job after job.
