ViperPad is a lightweight composite mat built for ground protection that needs to stay put. Each mat measures approximately 4092mm x 2035mm with a 13mm solid core and weighs 100kg. Twist lock joiners and an overlapping flange lock the panels into one continuous run for 7.14m² of usable surface per joined pair, and the dual tread pattern is different on each side so you can flip the mat to suit the grip you need.
That mix of light weight and full coverage makes ViperPad the practical choice for compounds, long-term and overflow carparks, wash-down bays, walkways and light vehicle access. It gives you a clean, stable surface on sites where the mats stay in place for weeks or months rather than days.
ViperPad is made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) in a 100% solid, compression-moulded panel. It won’t absorb moisture or chemicals, and because the solid core can’t be punctured it won’t take on liquids either, so it’s a sound choice for eco-sensitive sites where you’re managing contamination and biosecurity. Being light to handle, it’s also light to freight, so more mats fit on each load and your costs come down.
