DIAMONDTRACK rumble grid mats are a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional rock and rumble bars for construction site exits.

While earlier DIAMONDTRACK mats were made from virgin materials, going forward, each mat will contain up to 50% recycled content, adding another layer of sustainability to an already environmentally conscious wheel cleaning system.

The initial batch was produced using virgin materials. Going forward, DIAMONDTRACK mats will be made with up to 50% recycled content.
Compared to traditional methods, DIAMONDTRACK requires no excavation, eliminates the need to cart in truckloads of ballast (gravel), and can be reused from site to site.
We recommend using a custom shovel available from us. Alternatively, lift the mat using a sling or forks and flip it over to remove debris.
For a straight run, you’ll need a minimum of two mats, depending on your layout. In general, the more complete wheel rotations you can achieve on the mats, the more effective the track-out control will be.
DIAMONDTRACK mats are delivered on a pallet via truck. A forklift or a machine fitted with forks is required to unload them.
